Gramercy Capital Sheds 29%, Gets 2-Wk Extension of Maturity Dates on Gramercy Realty Loans
Gramercy Capital (GKK) is lower after it announces a two-week extension of the maturity dates of its 0.5 million mortgage loan, with Goldman Sachs Mortgage Company, Citicorp North America, Inc. and SL Green Realty Corp., and 9.7 million senior and junior mezzanine loans with KBS Debt Holdings, LLC, GSMC, Citicorp and SL Green. The new maturity date of the Goldman Mortgage Loan and the Gramercy Realty Mezzanine Loans is April 29.
